Employee Services Assistant
Location: Cypress, TX (Nice Warehouse Office Space)
Pay: $20–22/hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire (based on performance)
Overview:
Urgently hiring an Employee Services Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced Cypress location. This role will focus on front desk responsibilities, general office support, and maintaining stocked and organized workspaces. Ideal for someone adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Provide general office and administrative support across teams
- Maintain and stock office supplies, breakrooms, and common areas
- Assist with day-to-day office needs to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Support a variety of tasks with a flexible, “jack of all trades” approach
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of administrative, front desk, or office support experience
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
