Experience needed in the following: depositions, hearings, briefing, and trial (2nd chair) 

Requirements
•  Strong academic and litigation background
•  Exceptional writing and advocacy skills
•  Independently manage a caseload – from beginning to end
•  Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on multitude of legal projects
•  Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
•  Take the lead with client communication and provide meaningful updates
