Business Development Representative with Book of Business -Tampa, FL (but can sell nationwide- Residential and Commercial)
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, builders) using various tools and databases.
- Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social selling to connect with prospects and introduce our services.
- Qualification: Determine if leads match ideal client profiles and have genuine needs for title/escrow services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and experienced Account Executives.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate professional relationships with real estate professionals to become a trusted resource.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and new services to refine outreach.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, contacts, and opportunities in the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on campaigns and sales with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and resilient.
- Organized with excellent time management.
- Understanding of the real estate/title industry (or a strong desire to learn).
- Proficiency with CRM software.
Must have an established book of business and be a HUNTER – Base salary with GREAT commission structure.
