Imagine Software System Administrator
Direct Hire; up to 130K
Remote

Duties:
 

• Lead system onboarding, configuration, and risk assessment
• Configure Imagine billing structures, providers, fee schedules, payer and ERS rules
• Maintain payer mappings and workflows across Imagine, RIS/EMR, and EDI systems
• Manage user access, security, and role-based permissions
• Coordinate data migrations, reconciliations, and business sign-offs
• Configure and test interfaces (Clearinghouse, Eligibility, ERA/835, EDI, HL7, payment files)
• Support UAT, parallel testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, audits, and SQL queries
• Create SOPs, system documentation, and deliver training
• Monitor system performance and lead issue resolution
• Ensure HIPAA, SOC, audit, and change management compliance
• Lead system administration meetings and track projects

Qualifications:
 

• 5+ years RCM systems administration experience
• 2+ years hands-on Imagine Billing experience
• Strong knowledge of ERS rules, payer setup, and billing workflows
• SQL and reporting experience
• Experience with payer rules, insurance mapping, and denials
• HL7 interface troubleshooting experience (preferred)
• Radiology or imaging billing experience (preferred)
• Imagine certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
