A well-established Houston-area law firm focused on elder law, estate planning, probate, and special needs planning is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Bookkeeping Specialist.

This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices and payments, tracking case-related expenses, updating financial records in QuickBooks, and preparing daily receipts reports. Additional duties include entering case transactions, generating financial reports, and handling document management tasks such as scanning and electronic filing.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and account reconciliation
  • Experience with QuickBooks Pro and Quicken
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial tracking
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
