Job Title: Title Representative (Business Development)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Title Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the title industry and established relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys to drive consistent closing referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outreach through personalized calls and emails to real estate agents and lenders, with a focus on high-prospecting activity (e.g., 50+ touches/month).
- Position yourself as an expert by delivering educational classes on marketing, new technology, or title processes to real estate offices.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads and track interaction history effectively.
- Develop strategic partnerships with high-volume real estate brokerages by offering specialized services or sponsoring office events.
- Establish a strong professional presence on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage with clients.
- Identify and nurture relationships with agents and lenders who have previously used our services to encourage repeat business.
