As a Licensed Title Agent/Escrow Closing Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract Realtors and increase business
  • Deliver presentations at sales meetings and conduct training sessions for Realtors
  • Prepare and review title work and closing documents with precision
  • Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and agents to facilitate seamless closings
  • Adhere to regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance
  • Manage wire transfer instructions, disburse funds, and oversee post-closing activities

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in closing or management within the title industry, including 1 year in Florida
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work efficiently
  • Proficiency in Qualia software and Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Qualia software
  • Experience in speaking at sales meetings

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Full-time position with competitive salary
  • Monday to Friday schedule with occasional evening and weekend commitments
  • In-person work location with some travel required
