? NOW HIRING – AR Specialist / AR Portal Manager ?
We are in immediate need of an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with strong portal management experience to join a fast-paced, growing organization! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in collections, customer communication, problem-solving, and managing high-volume invoicing portals.
Key experience needed:
• Full-cycle Accounts Receivable & Collections
• Cash applications, reconciliations, and aging management
• Customer/vendor portal management
• Experience with invoicing/payment portals including: Holman, Fleetio, Element, Penske, and Auto Integrate
• Experience troubleshooting portal discrepancies, short pays, and billing issues
• ERP/accounting systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Construction, heavy equipment, industrial, fleet, or service industry experience is highly preferred
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working cross-functionally, and helping improve processes in a high-growth environment.
