Senior Commercial Property Manager

Position Summary
A growing real estate platform is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead operations for a high-visibility mixed-use portfolio undergoing a major development and lease-up phase.
This individual will oversee the transition from construction to full operations, building the on-site team, managing tenant onboarding, and driving day-to-day performance. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance project execution, financial oversight, and a strong service-oriented environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage property readiness from construction completion through occupancy
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on turnover and punch list execution
- Oversee tenant improvement projects, timelines, and delivery
- Recruit, hire, and lead an on-site operations team
- Establish processes, service standards, and performance expectations
- Foster a high-accountability, hospitality-driven culture
- Lead tenant onboarding and move-in coordination
- Act as primary contact for tenant relations and issue resolution
- Oversee lease administration and compliance
- Prepare and manage operating budgets and forecasts
- Monitor collections, expenses, and financial reporting
- Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships
- Maintain overall asset quality and building performance
- Oversee maintenance programs and service contracts
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial or mixed-use property management experience
- Experience with ground-up developments or repositioning assets
- Strong budgeting, reporting, and operational management skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (MRI, Yardi, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Office
- Proven leadership experience building and managing teams
