Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Strategic Growth Partner to join our team. As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and onboarding strategic partners to drive business growth. This position demands a deep understanding of partnership development, exceptional networking abilities, and a keen eye for identifying mutually beneficial opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative atmosphere, excels at cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and is passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic alliances. ?
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative partnership strategies to expand the company’s reach and revenue streams. ?
- Identify and engage with potential strategic partners through various channels including networking events, referrals, and direct outreach. ?
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives. ?
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand partnership needs and priorities. ?
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize results and drive continuous improvement. ?
- Communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnerships to external stakeholders. ?

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). ?
