Our client a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm seeking an attorney who is motivated, collaborative, and ready to build meaningful value in cases—not just move files from one deadline to the next.
This is an opportunity to join a laid-back, boutique-style firm environment where quality work, client service, and professional growth matter. Our office is currently being remodeled with an “old school Vegas” theme, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a relaxed, non-micromanaged culture where attorneys are trusted to do great work while continuing to learn and grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 2+ years of personal injury experience (litigation experience is helpful but not required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred, as the majority of our clients are Spanish-speaking
- Someone eager to learn new approaches to case handling and value-building strategies
- Attorneys with experience managing dockets, taking depositions, negotiating settlements, and handling cases independently are highly valued
- Open to candidates who began on the plaintiff side, transitioned to defense, and are looking to return to plaintiff work
- Candidates from high-volume “mill” firms are welcome if they are ready to transition into a more thoughtful, quality-focused boutique environment
- Hungry, coachable, and team-oriented attorneys are encouraged to apply
What Makes This Role Different
We are not interested in attorneys who simply “show up for trial.” We focus on maximizing case value through strategy, preparation, client relationships, and consistent case progression. Leadership actively works with attorneys to establish measurable goals beyond settlement numbers, including timelines for moving cases efficiently and effectively.
Attorneys have their own offices, but collaboration is highly encouraged. We value people who ask questions, seek feedback, and want to become stronger advocates.
