Transactional Analyst – fully in office
Direct Hire; 70K to 80K 
Galleria area

**Understanding of/interest in commercial real estate and capital markets

Duties:
 

• Support capital markets team with researching, analyzing, modeling, and valuing assets on behalf of its commercial real estate investment clients
• Create detailed real estate financial models in Excel and Argus
• Create Broker Price Opinions for existing and prospective clients
• Track and record market rent and sales comparable data
• Conduct market research and analyze investment properties
• Research and assemble comparable sales statistics
• Manage outsourcing of lease abstracts as well as abstract select leases
• Assist with transaction activities from due diligence through closing
• Provide support for client presentation and sales efforts; maintain client status reports for active listings
• Aid in creation of offering memorandums by contributing research and critical writing
• Work directly with Senior Analyst in DTX office to support and assist DTX Capital Markets team

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related is HIGHLY preferred
• Technically skilled and software savvy including advanced Excel; Angus, AI, and VBA highly preferred  
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills; excellent communication, team spirit, and positivity
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and motivated; multitasker and great focus
• Strong work ethic, dedication, and hustle; analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Motivated mindset and personality with ability to take guidance
