Commercial Escrow Officer – Stafford, TX – Onsite  – NO BOOK OF BUSINESS REQUIRED

As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing commercial escrow transactions with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The majority of transactions you will handle will be in the commercial sector, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions. Familiarity with Softpro software is required to effectively execute your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial escrow transactions from inception to closure
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Conduct title searches, review surveys, and resolve any title issues that may arise
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the escrow process to facilitate a smooth closing
• Maintain records and documentation for all transactions in compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial escrow transactions
• Proficiency in using Softpro software
• Strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
