We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting the escrow process from file opening through closing. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients and agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and set up new escrow files in SoftPro
  • Assist with processing escrow transactions from start to finish
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
  • Work closely with Russell to ensure files are handled efficiently and deadlines are met
  • Order payoffs, tax certificates, and required closing documents
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files
  • Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to gather necessary information
  • Support closing and post-closing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous escrow or title experience 
  • Experience with SoftPro software required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple files
  • Professional phone and email communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive work style
