We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting the escrow process from file opening through closing. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients and agents.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and set up new escrow files in SoftPro
- Assist with processing escrow transactions from start to finish
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
- Work closely with Russell to ensure files are handled efficiently and deadlines are met
- Order payoffs, tax certificates, and required closing documents
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files
- Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, and clients to gather necessary information
- Support closing and post-closing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous escrow or title experience
- Experience with SoftPro software required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple files
- Professional phone and email communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive work style
