Senior Pricing Analyst
Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)
Professional Alternatives, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in Accounting and Finance placements, is partnering with one of our top clients to identify a Senior Pricing Analyst.
This is a highly visible, strategic role that goes beyond traditional pricing analysis. The position offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with Operations and executive leadership, drive transformational initiatives, and directly influence profitability and business performance.
The Opportunity
The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing gross margins, advancing pricing strategy, and implementing innovative solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Optimize gross profit margins through data-driven pricing strategies

Develop, enhance, and maintain customized pricing models

Support field-level pricing requirements and strategic initiatives

Design and implement AI-powered pricing solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Sales, Transformation, and Merchandising teams

Communicate pricing strategies effectively across the branch network
-
Partner closely with the VP of Pricing and VP of Transformation

Serve as a strategic thought partner — not just number crunching, but influencing business outcomes
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
-
2–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, business development, or related areas
-
Advanced Excel skills required
-
Python and SQL strongly preferred
-
Consulting experience will be considered
