Job Title: Escrow Manager (Branch Manager)

Overview:

As an Escrow Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving branch strategic and financial objectives by overseeing efficient closing and settlement processes, developing customer relationships, and managing branch staff. Your responsibilities will include ensuring daily branch operations adhere to operational standards, providing quality customer service, and serving as a liaison between all parties involved in the Title & Settlement Process. Additionally, you will keep abreast of regulations, market the value of our services, and maintain an active presence in community events.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licensing requirements as mandated by State/Federal Agencies
  • Notary Public license as required by State
  • 3-5 years of Escrow Operations Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Specialization in RESPA with an understanding of company underwriting guidelines
  • Knowledge of title and settlement rules and regulations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and One Note
  • Experience with Softpro is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Efficient in Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines
  • Familiarity with state Good Funds Statutes
  • Proficiency in resolving complex problems and executing complex transactions

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of Escrow Operations Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of RESPA guidelines and underwriting principles
  • Proven track record of successful escrow management

Other Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Availability to handle settlement transactions and facilitate closings as needed
