Production Coordinator
Cypress Area | Full-Time | ~$50K
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time, accurately, and to customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of coordination or operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize daily production workflow and job orders
- Serve as liaison between production, customer service, sales, and vendors
- Track order progress, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Maintain production schedules and provide updates on timelines and delays
- Review job specs against estimates and flag discrepancies
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns as they arise
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet delivery commitments
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing coordination
(Water, plant, or chemical environment is a plus) - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication and team collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma required
