Bilingual Payroll Specialist
Contract to Hire
Pay up to $28 hour depending on experience 
Energy Corridor/West Houston Location

100% In-Office role – no hybrid or remote schedule offered  

Payroll Specialist with Paycom experience needed ASAP!

Duties:  

  • Process weekly payroll (hourly and salaried) for 150-200 employees
  • Perform high-volume data entry  
  • Ensure federal and state labor regulations are followed  
  • Address employee and customer inquiries in a timely manner 
  • Generate reports for management  

Qualifications:  

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required!
  • High School Diploma with intermediate Excel required!  
  • Paycom experience needed, or similar payroll platform
  • Must be accurate, efficient, organized, reliable and dependable
  • Confidentiality and professionalism is a must!
  • The ideal candidate will be personable, dedicated and a true team player!
