File Clerk needed for busy Boutique Downtown Law Firm
Duties:

Assigned to 5 attorneys in Probate and Employment groups
Work closely with secretaries
Handle electronic filings and moving emails/documents into iManage for attorneys
Copy projects, faxes, mail-outs
Scanning and editing documents
Making revisions to existing documents in Word
Assist team with hearings and trial preparation

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years exp. as a file clerk/case clerk in a private law firm
Excellent communication skills 
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Proficient in DMS (Document Management System) such as i-Manage (we could train but this is a big plus as they handle all electronic files)
Typing: min. 45 wpm
Multi-tasker
