**5 total needed – 3 for week and 2 for weekends; 1 weekday person can have off 2 days and work weekends**
Inside Sales Administrator – Fully In Office (weekday and weekend schedules available)
Temp to Hire; up to $35 (haven’t confirmed this yet)

**There are an incredible number of leads that need talented and confident inside sales associates to call and support (easy process from self-guided tour to offer to contract to close)
**Basically, starting their sales initiatives from scratch with a fresh perspective
**Consultant will train and set up for success
**MUST be goal and growth driven; passionate
Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospects via MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, CallRail, and company website covering NC, SC, GA,FL, TX, IN, and OK
- Convert leads into purchase agreements with speed and accuracy
- Prepare, track, and facilitate contracts on behalf of licensed agents/company.
- Deliver trailing documents and ensure compliance with company and state requirements.
- Coordinate with Mortgage division from contract to closing.
- Maintain accurate records in SSX/Hub-spot CRM and any third-party sites.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- 1–3 years of call center, inside sales, or real estate admin experience preferred (not required)
- Strong technology skills and open to learn SalesXpress (very easy sales system)
- Sales-driven, positive, helpful energy with a customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; exciting times
- Strong communication and follow-thru skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organization
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; open to some healthy competition
- Accuracy and accountability in contract execution
