Commercial Property Administrator – Maternity Leave Coverage
Location: Houston, TX – Galleria Area
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Commercial Property Administrator to provide coverage during a maternity leave. This role is integral in supporting daily property operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless continuation of service.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently using Yardi Pay

  • Manage tenant communications via email and correspondence in Outlook

  • Handle property work orders in IMPAK and coordinate with vendors/maintenance as needed

  • Prepare, track, and maintain property documents using Excel and Word

  • Answer incoming calls, provide excellent customer service, and route inquiries appropriately

  • Support property management team with various administrative and operational tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Previous property administration or commercial real estate experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Yardi Pay, IMPAK, Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills for tenant and vendor interactions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities
