Galleria firm growing and adding a legal assistant.  100& PAID BENEFITS, 37.5/HOUR WORK WEEK

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist 3 – 4 attorneys.

• Construction Litigation and Labor and Employment experience is a plus.

• Prepare, edit, and finalize pleadings, notices, motions, and other legal documents.

• Responsible for numerous edits and revisions to letters and forms daily. • E-filings in various courts (state and federal).

• Citations – Coordinate Service of Process. • Schedule hearings and depositions.

• Manage the calendar for all meetings and critical deadlines/dates. • Maintain and organize all forms and templates.

• Submit check requests and expense reimbursements to accounting department. • Assist with various clerical responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years minimum years of litigation experience required.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• E-filing experience.

• Litigation experience.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel a plus.
