Title Examiner Needed ASAP
Contract to Hire

Flexible hours/schedule!

  • Reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports.
  • You will obtain title examination materials, review the document information, and create run sheets, which are an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting the title to a tract of land for a given period of time.
  • You will also be responsible for providing information regarding the property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of the property assessed under a delinquent tax account.
  • Review and verification of legal documents including court cases that affect real estate titles. 

Qualities required below:

  • Previous experience is required 1+ years of like experience
  • Administrative experience is a plus
  • Title Inc database/software required; Microsoft Office intermediate
  • Understand and review legal documents
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Time Management skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
