Collections Specialist

Are you a self-motivated collections pro who knows how to drive results, manage high-risk accounts, and still keep things professional with customers? If so, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a Collections Specialist with a strong background in B2B collections, who thrives working independently and brings a strategic mindset to resolving delinquencies.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own a portfolio of high-volume or high-risk accounts
  • Reach out to customers to resolve payment issues and secure commitments
  • Investigate disputes and process adjustments when necessary
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership
  • Prioritize your workflow based on risk and cash flow
  • Keep clean and accurate records in our collections system
  • Partner with AR and customer service teams to support overall account health

Job Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on B2B collections or AR experience
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • A take-charge attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and contribute to a team-first culture

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or other B2B environments
  • Familiarity with credit risk analysis and DSO metrics
