Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and/or office properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining tenant relationships, ensuring property performance, and coordinating maintenance and capital improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants; handle requests, coordinate maintenance, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial variance reporting.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee vendor performance.
• Negotiate service contracts and supervise contract execution.
• Ensure lease compliance and rent collections and assist with lease administration on renewals and new leases.
• Coordinate with leasing, accounting, and construction teams as needed.
• Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs in accordance with lease agreements.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience (retail experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and property operations.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
