Financial Customer Service Associate/AA/Sales Assistant – fully in office
Direct Hire; up to 80K
Galleria Area
**MUST have good credit and excellent tenure
**2-peson office; must be comfy in a small office setting
**Financial services experience A MUST
Duties:
- Support investment professional with administrative and client service tasks including maintaining and growing client relationships
- Ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and enhance client experience
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide updates on accounts or services
- Prepare reports, maintain client records, and assist with compliance documentation
- Help process applications for financial products (e.g., investments, insurance, loans), follow up on leads, and coordinate marketing campaigns
- Enter client data accurately into CRM systems and ensure all documentation is current
- Liaise between clients and financial advisors, providing timely and professional communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software knowledge
- Intelligence, attention to detail, and strong organizational ability
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive demeanor
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work independently, strong work ethic, and trustworthy
