Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Payroll
Contract to hire : Immediate Opportunity!
Pay $18-$20 hourly

In Office Role 8-5 M-F
Location: Zip Code 77018
Heights/Oak Forest Area

Job Duties:

  • Answer and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet guests and visitors
  • Perform on boarding and administrative HR tasks
  • Help with timesheets and payroll activities
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain supplies and reorder as needed
  • Responsible for lobby and guest areas – review for cleanliness, notify mgmt. if needed
  • Distribute mail, sign and accept packages/mail

Qualifications:

  • **Must be bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1+ years’ experience as administrative assistant or in a front desk role in a professional environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; prefer JobView or other payroll software experience
  • Maturity, professional presentation and verbiage, strong work ethic, character, values and a confident attitude; demonstrate prompt and consistent attendance
  • Exceptional follow-through, organization and attention to detail; multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong spelling, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills
