Overview: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in financial services? We are seeking skilled Loan Processors to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in collecting, verifying, and organizing applicant information to prepare loan applications for underwriting and closing. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications for accuracy, gathering financial documents, communicating with borrowers and other parties involved, and ensuring compliance with lending standards and regulations. Required Skills:

• Experience in verifying applicant’s employment, income, and credit history
• Familiarity with running credit checks and reviewing financial history
• Strong communication skills to act as a point of contact for borrowers and other parties
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
• Proficient in loan application and document management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Encompass or Calyx software
• Knowledge of Arrive software

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Loan Processing – preferably experience from Mortgage Broker or Independent Mortgage Banker 

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
• Certification in loan processing is a plus
