Workday Payroll Analyst
Temp Position – Approximately 60 days; up to $40 hour
Downtown Houston; hybrid
- Responsible for managing and configuring the Workday payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert
- Key duties include running payroll calculations, creating custom reports, performing audits, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficiency in Workday, including configuration, reporting tools (like Report Writer), and calculated fields
- Experience with Workday integrations, such as using EIBs, APIs, and other solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
- Oil and gas experience highly preferred
