Are you a seasoned mortgage professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an Assistant Loan Servicing Manager to join our team in Downtown Baltimore, MD. Reporting to the Director of Loan Servicing, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day loan servicing operations and managing a team of in-office and remote employees. From tracking employee performance to resolving borrower issues, your skills and expertise will drive success in this dynamic role.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience with departmental cross-training
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify key elements and patterns
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret, apply, and explain regulations effectively
• Self-starter with a passion for delivering excellence

Nice to Have Skills:

• Hard money lending experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in loan servicing or related roles

Other Requirements:

• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Willingness to take initiative and drive results
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
