Overview:
The Office Manager supports the daily operations of a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm. This role ensures organizational efficiency, promotes collaboration across departments, and upholds high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations to support firm goals and enhance service delivery.

Manage staff and broker onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.

Partner with brokers to monitor productivity and implement strategies for growth.

Serve as liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow.

Coordinate license renewals and maintain compliance with TREC and other regulatory bodies.

Conduct annual performance reviews for staff and brokers.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Maintain knowledge of industry standards, practices, and emerging trends.

Support leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in office or operations management within commercial real estate.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of real estate compliance and licensing requirements.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with professionalism.
