**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have a strong background in customer service. This role involves managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
– Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns.
– Oversee vendor management processes, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
– Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services to existing clients.
– Provide exceptional customer support and guidance, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
– Proven experience in customer service or account management.
– Expert or proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
– Ambitious, hardworking, and motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
– Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
