Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support an urgent data cleanup project involving employee file records within Paycor. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and experienced working in time-sensitive HR system environments. While the situation is high priority, success in this role depends on staying focused, methodical, and consistent until the project is fully resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the cleanup and reconciliation of employee data following a Paycor data merge
- Review, validate, and correct employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Identify discrepancies, duplicates, or errors and resolve them systematically
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the cleanup process
- Communicate progress and issues clearly with HR leadership as needed
- Follow established processes and stay aligned with project priorities until completion
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Paycor (required)
- Prior experience supporting HR data, employee records, or HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks
- Calm, steady demeanor with the ability to work effectively in high-urgency situations
- Reliable, responsive, and able to start immediately
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating via phone and Microsoft Teams
