Position: Junior Corporate Communications & Marketing Professional
Summary
The Junior Corporate Communications & Marketing Professional supports initiatives that enhance brand exposure, maintain brand integrity, and represent the public face of a family of companies. This role requires 2–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong planning skills and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and verifying content for client companies and publishing external-facing communications.

Translate technical or complex business information into clear, accessible messaging for internal and external audiences.

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver high-quality marketing, advertising, and communications materials across multiple channels.

Create and manage content such as emails, newsletters, internal and external communications, press releases, advertisements, and related materials.

Coordinate with outsourced partners for SEO, public relations, and social media initiatives.

Support website and social media management, including analytics and updates to WordPress sites and platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn for the company and its subsidiaries.

Partner with leadership teams to obtain content approvals, requiring professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

Review, publish, and maintain content on the internal SharePoint site as needed.

Coordinate photography and videography projects for events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and other relevant design and productivity tools.

Strong business writing, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
