Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

The Role

Provide strong leadership and a strategic approach to transforming the Accounts Payable function

Serve as a key member of the accounting leadership team, reporting directly to the Controller
-
Lead, mentor, and oversee AP disbursement and issue-resolution processes
-
Partner cross-functionally to align on resolution strategies and broader business objectives
-
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and timely resolution

Drive process improvements, scalability initiatives, and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
-
7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
-
Inventory-related AP experience required
-
Manufacturing, distribution, or retail background strongly preferred

Solid understanding of inventory management and costing principles

Demonstrated ability to apply a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to process improvement and change management

Prior leadership of local and remote/offshore teams highly preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
