Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

The Role

• Provide strong leadership and a strategic approach to transforming the Accounts Payable function

• Serve as a key member of the accounting leadership team, reporting directly to the Controller

• Lead, mentor, and oversee AP disbursement and issue-resolution processes

• Partner cross-functionally to align on resolution strategies and broader business objectives

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and timely resolution

• Drive process improvements, scalability initiatives, and support special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

• 7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

• Inventory-related AP experience required

• Manufacturing, distribution, or retail background strongly preferred

• Solid understanding of inventory management and costing principles

• Demonstrated ability to apply a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to process improvement and change management

• Prior leadership of local and remote/offshore teams highly preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
