Melina Twyman is a dedicated and detail-oriented legal recruiter with a proven track record of supporting law firm talent acquisition strategies through strong organization, proactive sourcing, and effective communication. She has successfully led student recruiting efforts, managed applicant tracking systems, and coordinated multiple 1L and 2L recruiting cycles, in addition to overseeing several impactful summer associate programs. Melina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Texas State University and brings both passion and professionalism to every aspect of legal recruitment.
