We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Officer Assistant to support our Closing and Post-Closing teams. This role is responsible for reviewing HUDs, assisting with title clearance, supporting policy and disbursement processes, and ensuring compliance with escrow and banking procedures. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of escrow, title, or related experience and hold (or be able to maintain) an active Escrow Officer license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review HUDs for approval and communicate with Closing Coordinators to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist Closing Coordinators with title clearance, including commitment and document review.
  • Assist with policy requests and review.
  • Provide support to the Disbursements Department when needed.
  • Utilize client online banking systems to process transactions accurately.
  • Handle incoming customer service calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with Closing Teams to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Assist with all Post-Closing issues, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain an active Escrow Officer license by attending required training and continuing education webinars.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in escrow, title, or a related field required.
  • Active Escrow Officer license (or ability to obtain and maintain).
  • Strong knowledge of HUDs, title commitments, policies, and escrow procedures.
  • Familiarity with client online banking systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.
