A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Assistant to support its Corporate and Real Estate practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate and transactional matters in a collaborative, professional environment with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, manage, and organize documents related to real estate and corporate transactions

  • Prepare legal correspondence, contracts, leases, closing documents, and title commitments

  • Coordinate closing processes and communicate with title companies, lenders, and clients

  • Conduct legal research and due diligence, including property record investigation

  • Handle entity formation, EIN applications, and filings across multiple states

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with general administrative tasks

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files

  • Prepare closing binders, expense reimbursements, and internal documentation

  • Provide backup support to other legal assistants as needed
