EH&S Administrative Assistant
Contract/Temp Position
Downtown Houston – Zip Code 77002
Pay to $35 hour depending on experience
Job Duties:
- Coordinate Lower 48 States Training (400+ employees & 19,000 records annually)
- Procure and distribute price bids
- Schedule training
- Provide troubleshooting
- Handle recordkeeping
- Manage computer-based training program, tracking and reporting
- Provide required reports to field for audits
- Generate invoices
- Oversee overall accuracy of safety training records including paper files
- Utilize KMI Incident Software:
- Daily/Weekly Maintenance
- Training for other employees
- Back-up for entering incidents
- Configuration of system
- Enter new company names from Nintex notifications
- Troubleshooting
- Fire-Retardant Clothing/Safety Boots & Glasses programs:
- Oversee coding of Invoices
- Budgeting of Non-Purchase Order Cost for teams
- Provide administrative support, prepare analysis and communications such as spreadsheets, tables, charts to Safety team
- Provide coding and submit for receipts for Safety team.
- Utilize SAP/FS2 – coding invoices
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ experience in EH&S/HSE department support
- Experience in O&G/Energy/Petrochemicals
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems
