Pay To $30 hour based on experience
Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant within our Corporate Training Group! In this newly-created, vital role, you will provide essential clerical and secretarial support services, ensure seamless coordination of administrative tasks, and act as a crucial liaison between various departments and external contacts. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our training initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in composing and editing business correspondence and reports
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in processing billing invoices and administrative items
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Word and Excel; Adobe PDF, or Nuance software.
- Experience with Epicor ERP/P21 a plus!
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with training creation and implementation
- Ability to interpret and administer company policies independently
- Epicor/P21 ERP software
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role within a corporate setting
Other Requirements:
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated self-starter qualities and a strong work ethic
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
- Ability to handle some local travel as needed
- Strong note-taking abilities and action item follow-up
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with implementation work, particularly related to P21
