Accounting Clerk
Immediate Need! Start ASAP
Great Galleria Location (In office)
Part time (20 hours week – 6 month contract)
Potential to grow to 40-hour schedule 
Pay to $26 hourly
Onsite/in-office role

Job Description:

  • Assist with reconciling Corporate Credit Cards (P- Cards)
  • Assist with monthly Inventory Counts 
  • Assist with annual compliance review of invoices 
  • Reconciliations of General Ledger accounts
  • Filing; including boxing and archiving old files and creating new, both paper and electronic

Must Have:

  • 1+ year of AP/AR experience
  • Excellent software accounting and financial systems skills needed: (MS Office – Excel); and SAP
  • Problem solving and ability to work on your own
  • Dependable maturity
  • Bilingual a plus to support international clients

Education Requirements

*HS Diploma, Some College preferred with accounting classes
