Inside Sales Manager – fully in office
Temp to Hire; up to $40
West Houston
Duties:
- Manage and motivate a team of inside sales representatives, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics like lead activity and conversion rates
- Coach sales team on communication techniques, CRM software usage, and homebuilder's specific sales process
- Oversee process of responding to and qualifying online and phone leads
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales administration
- Ensure strong relationships are built with potential buyers through consistent and timely communication via email and phone
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management based on market trends and sales team performance
- Coordinate with Sales Admin. to maintain website content, email campaigns, and online advertising to attract new prospects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, some college required
- 4+ years of homebuilding inside sales expertise and administrative skills (smaller builder experience)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to effectively lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to achieve specific goals
- Strong Microsoft Office and a proficiency and comfort with CRM software
- Proven track record in inside sales, within a smaller homebuilder environment
- Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities to keep the sales process running smoothly
- Customer-centric and empathetic mindset is crucial for guiding buyers through a significant and emotional decision
- Flexibility to adjust sales strategies based on market conditions and to work efficiently with minimal supervision

- There are an incredible number of leads that need talented and confident inside sales associates to call and support (easy process from self-guided tour to offer to contract to close)
