Junior Property Manager – Houston, TX
We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to support the management of retail, office, and industrial properties. This role works closely with the property management team to ensure strong financial performance, well-maintained assets, and positive tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist with operating and capital budgets, invoice coding, and monthly owner reporting
• Support rent invoicing, tenant ledger reconciliation, and expense tracking
• Coordinate tenant communications, service requests, and new tenant onboarding
• Maintain insurance, warranty, and tenant records
• Assist with property inspections and preventative maintenance programs
• Issue work authorizations and coordinate with vendors
Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional work experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar property management software a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
