Project Coordinator – Design/Build (In-Office)
Direct Hire; up to 85K + bonus eligible
North Houston

Duties:
 

  • Maintain and organize drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Track submittals and RFIs; coordinate reviews and responses
  • Manage drawing revisions and version control
  • Administer documentation in Procore
  • Track long-lead, mission-critical equipment and delivery schedules
  • Maintain procurement logs and align vendor timelines with construction milestones
  • Coordinate shipping, staging, and site delivery
  • Support schedule updates and track key milestones (energization, inspections, commissioning)
  • Prepare weekly progress reports
  • Assist with OAC meeting preparation and documentation
  • Assist with pay applications and subcontractor invoice tracking
  • Maintain change order logs and cost tracking
  • Ensure compliance documentation remains current
  • Collect commissioning documentation
  • Compile O&M manuals, warranties, and as-builts
  • Support final turnover documentation to meet client requirements

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction coordination; data center preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking systems; design/build delivery models preferred
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
  • Electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems experience preferred
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, team player, and take ownership
  • High attention to detail, structured and process/deadline-driven, and strong sense of urgency; fast paced
