Top Tier Litigation firm is growing and in need of an experienced Probate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our probate litigation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary issues, and other estate-related litigation. The Probate Litigation Attorney will work directly with clients, develop case strategies, and represent clients in court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in probate court and other relevant legal proceedings.

• Handle contested will and trust matters, including will contests, trust administration disputes, and fiduciary breach claims.

• Provide legal advice to clients regarding probate, trust, and estate disputes.

• Draft legal documents, including petitions, complaints, motions, responses, and discovery requests.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on probate-related issues.

• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution processes on behalf of clients.

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

• Manage a caseload, ensuring that all deadlines and court dates are met.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.

• Stay updated on relevant probate and estate law developments.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in Texas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate litigation.

• In-depth knowledge of probate, trust, and estate law.

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

• Proven experience handling contested probate and estate matters.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
