Sales and Marketing Support
Direct Hire; up to 85K
Dallas

Duties:
 

  • Provide administrative support to sales and marketing  teams ensuring the cohesive daily operations of the business
  • Manage the daily operations of the business office
  • Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Educate customers, distributors, and retailers about brand and products
  • Build rapport with customers and distributors
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints accordingly
  • Represent the company at product launches, trade shows, and events
  • Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and workshops
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
  • Assist in content creation (approved blogs, newsletters, product reviews, etc.)
  • Maintain and build business with all levels of customer and personnel
  • Travel to and attend trade shows
  • Onboard new customers in partnership with company support
  • Partner with key distributor partners
  • Partner with USA marketing team to supply samples and presentations to exciting and new customers

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related highly preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods helpful
  • Proven track record in administration, operations, and sales support
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and proactively; passion and excitement for the brand
  • Exemplary customer service skills offering efficient follow-through, relationship building, and a memorable experience
