Legal Assistant Assistant needed to support our HOA team with document preparation, debt collection, data entry, and administrative duties. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare liens, Notices of Default, and demand letters for foreclosure actions.
  • Update delinquent accounts and calculate late fees/interest.
  • Conduct title searches and research active bankruptcy cases.
  • Use billing and calendaring systems.
  • Communicate with board members, homeowners, and clients.
  • Maintain and file judicial and non-judicial collection files.
  • Perform data entry, document filing, and court submissions.
  • Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist in trial preparation (discovery and exhibits).
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • 1-3+ years of HOA legal admin or assistant experience.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of legal terms and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time, in-person availability (remote option negotiable).
