Front Desk Receptionist – Contract
Galleria/Downtown locations

Long-term indefinite Temp Assignment
Pay rate $18-23 hour depending on experience and qualifications

Possible temp-to-hire opportunity as business needs dictate

Hours:  Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Are you a proactive, friendly, and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity? Are you available to start work immediately? We are seeking a dynamic Professional Receptionist to join our clients in Downtown and the Galleria area! In this multifaceted role, you’ll be the face of the company, support facilities, handle administrative/reception tasks, and tackle special projects—all while bringing a positive energy to the workplace!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and lobby as “Director of First Impressions”
  • Maintain front lobby appearance and organization
  • Oversee front office operations and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Answer phones, direct calls and provide information to caller
  • Meet and greet visitors and guests, including executives and staff
  • Issue visitor badges and announce arrival to staff member
  • Manage facilities and guests effectively and professionally
  • Help set up meeting and conference rooms
  • Handle administrative duties with precision
  • Facilitate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure the office and common areas are well-stocked with supplies
  • Assist Facilities Department with administrative support as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting duties as needed, QuickBooks or ERP systems a plus!

  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional demeanor, reliable and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A true go-getter with a knack for multitasking!
  • Possess a friendly personality, able to connect with diverse personalities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Eager to jump in and tackle any challenge that comes your way!
