The ideal candidate will have experience with asbestos case intake, client communication, contract preparation, and court filings. Responsibilities include managing intake files, supporting intake attorneys, maintaining case data, drafting petitions and complaints, calculating statutes of limitations, and handling e-filing across multiple jurisdictions. Strong organizational skills and litigation experience are essential.
