AP Project Assistant Needed ASAP
Temp to Hire (6 Months+)
To $23 with great experience
In Office with possibility of hybrid
Richmond/Beltway 8 location
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
– GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICALTION SKILLS
– MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED
– MUST BE COMPUTER SAVVY
– MUST HAVE 1-3 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING/FINANCE EXPERIENCE
*THESE ROLES ARE FOR A SPECIAL PROJECT THAT HAS THE GAZE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT, SO ACCURACY IS KEY.
*GOAL IS TO CONVERT VENDORS THAT ARE PAID BY CHECK TO ELECTRONIC ACH PAYMENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Support the accounts payable team in streamlining accounts payable processes with vendors.
– Implement best practices and drive efficiency to the project.
– Contribute to the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures,
– Assist in resolving accounts payable issues and discrepancies related to project objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– High School Diploma or GED required
– 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting/finance or related field.
